Note that the items you sell should be 60-74 item level exactly (for example, you may get a Regal Orb if you have higher item level gear in your offer). You can farm such gear by killing rare and unique monsters in level 58 zones, magic, rare and unique monsters in level 59 zones, and from all enemies in 60 level zones.
