The Avian Alarm is a 5-stage Raider Project that builds a makeshift bird-based early warning system along the Riven Tides coastline. Stage 1 is a field task - lay a bird trap at the Seabed buoys - while Stages 2-5 require submitting specific materials. The Hotel Keycard No. 311 from Stage 4 opens a locked room in the Panorama Azzurro hotel.
