ARC Raiders Avian Alarm Materials List

As the tendency shows, a new ARC Raiders project is always tied to a new feature that the devs introduce in the update. In this case, it’s the Riven Tides map. The naval theme of the project is obvious. Each step requires you to get the ship model trinkets of various rarities. The rest of the materials are mostly available on other maps, but it’s much easier to get them here. Riven Tides is a very tight map, so getting from one point to another doesn’t take a long time. If you know where to go, you can get the needed loot quite quickly. In this guide, I will tell you how to get all materials for Avian Alarm in ARC Raiders, instead of just listing them.

This project consists of five stages, but only four of them require you to donate loot. Here are the names of these stages:

1. Initial Flock Intake
2. Preliminary Signal Birds
3. Secondary Validation Birds
4. Heightened Alert Birds
5. Critical Warning Birds

As you can see, each step has something to do with birds. According to the project’s description, Speranzans are building a bird alarm to be wary of atmospheric changes. Why they need ship models for that is beyond me, cause they will be the hardest ones to get. Now, let me tell you how to finish each stage of Avian Alarm in ARC Raiders fast.

Initial Flock Intake Walkthrough

The first stage of the project only requires you to bring a bird trap to the north of Riven Tides and set it there. Don’t worry, you don’t actually need to bring anything with you. Here’s how to find the bird trap location on Riven Tides:

1. Go to Seabed, which is in the northwest on the Riven Tides map.
2. Look for the buoys in the center of the location as shown in the image above.
3. Get to the buoy, and you’ll see blue projections.
4. Interact with them, and your Raider will place the bird trap.

After that, the Initial Flock Intake step will be over. You don’t have to extract. Just complete the mission, and that’s it. There will be many players there, so if you want to do it safely, equip the free loadout. For completion of this stage, you will get a new gadget called Dockmaster’s Detector and 25 Raider Tokens. I’ll explain what the detector does in the rewards section of the article.

Preliminary Signal Birds Materials

That’s where the real grind begins. This stage requires some unorthodox materials that can easily take multiple runs to bring out. Here’s how to complete Preliminary Signal Birds fast:

Materials	Where to Find
Tick Pod x7	There are lots of Ticks hiding under the pier near the Seabed. You can also find a mob of them in the Hotel Complex.
Canister x20	Hotel Panorama Azzurro is the best place to find Canisters on Riven Tides. I was also able to find them in raider stashes scattered around the map.
Moss x12	Dried Riverbed is chock-full of them. If you fail to find moss there, you can try the Hydroponic Dome Complex or any map during Lush Blooms.
“Twilight Compass” Ship Model x5	So far, I was able to find just one, on one of the Stacking Yard tower cranes. I’m pretty sure we’ll need to find the Ship Models on the beach, using the Detector during the new map condition: Beachcombing.

Completing this stage rewards you with Heavy Gun Parts blueprint, 3 Surge Coils, and 25 Raider Tokens. I recommend putting the ship model into the safe pocket immediately, unless you wanna do it fair and square and give another raider a chance.

Secondary Validation Birds Materials

This stage is much harder than the previous one, as you’ll need to fight Comets to get their Igniters. To this day, I find these bombers terrifying. Apart from that, this stage shouldn’t cause any problems, apart from being long to complete if you’re not lucky enough. Here’s how to finish Secondary Validation Birds in ARC Raiders:

Materials	Where to Find
Comet Igniter x3	To deal with Comet, wait until they roll up on you and shoot the white core once they open up to explode. You have to be fast, and it’s a harder timing than with the Fireball, but it’s manageable. Alternatively, just attack them from afar. The problem here is that they usually jump out like Jack-in-the-Box and attack you fast, so you might not have enough time to react.
Fertilizer x10	I’m yet to find out the location where I may get the Fertilizers on Riven Tides, but I can tell you that there are plenty of them on the rooftops of Grandioso Apartments and West Village.
Rusted Tools x8	The whole eastern part of the map, specifically Marano Road, Transfer Depot, and Railyard. For some reason, Rusted Tools frequently spawn around vehicles, so search the Bus trunks and metal crates near the areas with transport.
“Velocity” Ship Model x5	My advice stays the same from the previous stage. Search the beaches of Riven Tides with your Detector equipped.

Completing this stage will reward you with Anvil IV, Anvil Splitter, and 50 Raider Tokens. Not too shabby if you ask me. A legendary mod that very few people have seen, even after hundreds of hours in the game. Though considering what the next stage will ask you to deliver, I’d prefer Jupiter.

 

 

Heightened Alert Birds Materials

The penultimate stage of the project is probably the hardest one, though not terribly so. I mean, they could’ve asked us to deliver 3 Vaporizer Regulators instead of just 1, but the rewards for this stage, I think, are well worth it. To complete the Heightened Alert Birds materials fast, you’ll need the following:

Materials	Where to Find
Vaporizer Regulator x1	Jupiter is the best weapon against Vaporizer cause it can hit through its shields, directly damaging its core. If you don’t have it, another good strategy is to bait out the shields with any cheap grenade and then throw Wolfpacks and Seeker Grenades at it.
Water Filter x3	Any industrial loot zone, which is the majority of areas on the right side of the Riven Tides. You can frequently find them in metal crates there.
Agave x8	Hotel Complex and the road towards the Dried Riverbed have some Agave plants.
“Sirena Dorata” Ship Model x5	While I’m writing the article, I'm also simultaneously playing ARC Raiders to be able to update info on the fly. One interesting thing I’ve found out is that the Ship Models can be found in any loot zone, not just beaches, so if you die with Detector equipped, don’t worry, you still can get the models in other places.

The rewards for completing the fourth stage of Avian Alarm are a Gel Patches cosmetic, 50 Raider Tokens, and a Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 311. I just love it when you get a keycard as a reward cause you can get much more than just one gun or whatever else from the rewards. Not to mention that in the next couple of days, lots of players will try to unlock the door, especially streamers. I’m not saying that you should camp there, but maybe stay in the vicinity.

Critical Warning Birds Materials

I would call the final stage of the Avian Alarm project easy, if not for the legendary ship model you need to get. It’s of legendary quality, so you can bet that it won’t be easy to get. The rest of the materials aren’t hard to get. These are all materials for Critical Warning Birds:

Materials	Where to Find
Turbine Compressor x2	This material is unique to Riven Tides. It’s an Electrical type loot, so the most obvious decision would be to go to Customs House.
Red Coral Jewelry x3	Pretty frequent drop in Hotel rooms. Search the drawers and luggage.
Roots x4	All nature locations let you find this loot, but Dried Riverbed is the best one for it.
“Leviathan’s Crown” Ship Model x1	Since it’s a legendary drop, it’s either going to be extremely hard to get, or maybe even acquirable only under certain conditions.

The final rewards are a downer, especially considering how much effort we need to put in to get them. You get a Bird House backpack charm, Fist in the Air emote, Guitar, and 100 Raider Tokens. This isn’t bad, but come on, a guitar and a charm? Pulling out a guitar might as well make me Speranza’s most wanted.

 

 

ARC Raiders Avian Alarm List of Rewards

Finally, let’s briefly go over the rewards you get for completion of Avian Alarm. I gotta say, they’re pretty nice, and I appreciate that they give items that will help you finish the next stage of the project. The final rewards aren’t something impressive, though. Below is a full list of Avian Alarm rewards for ARC Raiders:

• Dockmaster’s Detector: This gadget helps you find various goodies on the Riven Tides beach. You can find rarer ship models during the Beachcombing map condition.
• Raider Tokens x250: The total amount of coins you can earn from this project.
• Heavy Gun Parts Blueprint: Isn’t it strange that they give a blueprint as a reward during the wipe window?
• Surge Coil x3: Handy when you are dealing with a Vaporizer cause you can just stunlock it and then put a Deadline on it.
• Anvil IV and Anvil Splitter: Considering that you get this as a reward for stage 3, perhaps it should come in handy when fighting with Vaporizer? I wouldn’t try to tackle this large ARC with Anvil, but that’s just me.
• Gel Patches Cosmetic: A nice cosmetic fitting the beach vibe of the update.
• Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 311: It’s a gray keycard, so I can only wonder what kind of loot can lie there.
• Bird House Charm: Just a nice charm, I guess.
• Fist in the Air Emote: Another way to say thank you to fellow Raiders.
• Acoustic Guitar: I guess it has some nice melodies. It also costs 6,000 coins and occupies a whole inventory slot.

I’m especially excited about Anvil IV and the Splitter that comes with it. I’ve tried it only a few times cause I got the Splitter from the Trophy project, I believe, and it was really nice. Hopefully, this time I won’t die a stupid death as I did then. Though I might seem critical, I actually like this update, and I like that this project isn’t something that can be done in a day.
