According to the devs, there are only two criteria you need to satisfy to get an invitation to Monopoly GO Tycoon Club:

Many free-to-play users on Reddit claim they received an invite without ever spending a dollar on the game. Now that you are part of the Tycoon Club, you probably wonder what you can do there. First thing you gotta know is that almost everything here takes Loyalty Points, or LP in short. It’s a currency you get for buying stuff in the Tycoon Club’s store. The more you buy, the more you get. Bear in mind that you cannot obtain LP from the normal in-game store. These Loyalty Points can be exchanged for the following:

• Reward Bundles: Dice and cash, plus some other extra rewards, varying from bundle to bundle
• Sticker Packs: Four various packs available, each containing stickers of various rarity
• Safes: Three safes containing dice rolls, cash, and sticker packs.
• Tycoon Pass: Spending LP in the Tycoon Club progresses the pass
• Mega Wheel Spin: A beefed-up version of the daily wheel
• Cosmetics: Various emojis to make fun of other players

Mega Wheel Spin costs 2,500 LP, and the jackpot is 1,500 Dice rolls. Other rewards include cash and sticker packs. The cosmetics cost 500LP each and, in my opinion, aren’t worth buying, unless you really have excessive Loyalty Points. Apart from that, there’s a web store with exclusive offers that are much more lucrative than those in the game shop. Truth be told, Tycoon Club’s prices are a bit too high, and players mainly use it just for daily spins and free gifts, but if you ever consider making a purchase in Monopoly GO, I suggest sitting it out until you get invited. Now, let's discuss each exclusive deal that you get in the Tycoon Club.

Monopoly GO Tycoon Club Reward Bundles

I consider Reward Bundles to be one of the best ways to spend your Loyalty Points. They’re less expensive than Safes, and they give you boosts for various activities. If you want to earn a lot of in-game cash, Reward Bundles are your choice:

Note that these were the offers I had in Tycoon Club. Everything here might vary, starting from Bundle prices and finishing with cash and dice roll rewards. They typically base them on your progression level, and they’re not fixed. This is just an example for you to understand the typical jump in reward quantity. The only thing that stays consistent is boosts.

Monopoly GO Tycoon Club Sticker Packs

Stickers are the main way to build your account’s strength, since completing a Sticker Album nets you massive rewards, such as cash, dice, and tokens. The main reason to complete Albums is, of course, to gain huge amounts of dice rolls. If I were you, I probably wouldn’t spend my LP on sticker packs cause you’re not guaranteed to get the stickers you don’t have, as it’s possible you get duplicates, which do not help your account in any way. Especially considering that there are alternative, cheaper ways of getting the stickers. There are four sticker pack sets available:

Monopoly GO Tycoon Club Safes

Purchasing safes is another good way to spend your Loyalty Points. While the Reward Bundles give you boosts, they’re time-limited and don’t last long. The main appeal of safes is that they give you lots of cash, dice rolls, and a chance to get a sticker pack. Each safe has various chances of getting a sticker pack, so for instance, Green has a ¼ chance to get a Blue Pack:

There are also rare Gold Vaults that appear randomly. They have a 1/10 chance to contain a Wild Sticker, which lets you choose any sticker from the roster. As for the Swap Pack, you can’t purchase it from the Tycoon Club LP store, but it lets you remove the unwanted stickers from this pack. Usually, opening a Safe is better than going for Reward Bundles, though Reward Bundles are more reliable. Getting a rare sticker pack with a 20-25% chance isn’t that bad. The Dice rolls and cash rewards are only 5-10% lower than those of Reward Bundles. As you can see, I didn’t write the exact cash amount you receive cause you need to open a safe to see them, but you can expect them to be on par with Bundles.

 

 

How Tycoon Pass Works in Monopoly GO

Tycoon Pass is just a Battle Pass that only progresses if you spend Loyalty Points, so if you want to receive its rewards, I advise you to spend your money only in the Tycoon Store. The rewards vary from player to player, but they increase in quality the more Loyalty Points you spend in the Tycoon Club. Each Tycoon Pass lasts around 60 days. Here are the rewards it had for me:
