Key Guidelines for New Game Account Login To avoid cross-region login issues in games like Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, and Post-Zero, please strictly follow these steps after purchasing an account: 1. Initial Login • Use a device that has never logged into the game before or has not logged in for over 3 days. 2. First 7 Days • Log in on the same device for 7 consecutive days. Do not change devices. • Do not visit the miHoYo website, change the game password, or modify/link any email during this period. 3. After 7 Days • Once the initial verification period is complete, you may then change your password or link/modify your email. • Wait 3 more days before accessing the miHoYo website. 4. Account Security & Stability • On the first day, bind a mobile number in the game’s User Center and recharge ~1 USD to help stabilize the account. • Also link at least one social account (Google/Facebook/Twitter) to reduce frequent login risks. 5. General Precautions • Avoid logging into multiple accounts on the same device within 15 days. • Play consistently for 15 consecutive days to further prevent login issues. • If locked out of the linked Microsoft email, use phone verification to unlock. 6. Important • Failure to follow these instructions may result in login problems, for which the seller is not responsible. • Complete steps 4 and 5 on the first day—no refunds will be issued for issues arising from non-compliance. Follow these instructions carefully to secure your account and avoid disruptions.
