Mutated Tempest's Heart is a "Hard Mode" version of the normal Tempest's Heart Expedition. The mutated Tempest's Heart Expedition has 10 different levels of mutation that require a high gear score level. For the mutated Tempest's Heart run you will get umbral shards and other gear (for high mutation levels you will get more umbral shards).
