ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys Weekly Stock Guide Quick Summary:
- Nomadic Envoys is a weekly barter trader system built around rare materials, ARC Parts, blueprints, cosmetics, weapons, and special upgrades.
- Ermal’s stock can be valuable, but buying everything is a fast way to burn through resources.
- Blueprints, useful weapon mods, strong weapons, Stash Expansion, and Expedition Vault upgrades should always come before cosmetics.
- The best approach is saving strange barter items, checking every reset, and spending only on rewards that actually help your Raider.

How the New Nomadic Envoys Trader Works
If you’ve ever played Destiny, you’re already familiar with the concept. There was a trader there called Xur who traded goods with you in exchange for specific items. ARC Raiders takes this idea and adapts it to the game’s needs. In the Trader’s tab, you’ll find a new vendor under Nomadic Envoys, whose name is Emral, and he’s a nomad who brings new goodies every week. He unlocks when you reach level 25. The offers change weekly, except for Stash Expansion and Expedition Vault. Ermal’s weekly stock consists of:
- Blueprints
- Cosmetics
- Raider Tokens
- Trinkets
- Rarer Materials
Anything you can get in this game you can pick up from Ermal. But getting the items is not that simple. Unlike other traders, Ermal is not interested in money and only accepts high-value drops with a certain total item value.
How to Unlock Stash Expansion & Expedition Vault
Possibly the most important purchases you can make from Nomadic Envoys. Both of them make your Raider life easier because they’re connected to inventory management. Here’s what they give:
- Stash Expansion: Adds 12 inventory slots and can be upgraded twice. You will need 200,000 Coins worth of Legendary and Epic ARC Parts.
- Expedition Vault: Can be upgraded five times, each allowing you to preserve any one item after Expedition reset. The price is the same as for the Stash Expansion.
Stash Expansion is an extremely potent upgrade, but it’s only for players who have already pushed their inventory to the max with other upgrades. There’s never enough inventory space, and even though it’s going to be filled with clutter in a few runs, it’s still crucial. This expansion resets when your Raider departs on an Expedition - buy it to use now, not to stockpile. The Expedition Vault is another great upgrade, but I’d call it optional. Some prefer to have stakes and consequences of getting bonuses but losing your stuff, and if you can bring a fully kitted-out Tempest IV with you, it kind of defeats the Expedition’s purpose. Then again, it’s ARC, and it’s quite casual.

ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys Weekly Offers Guide

Weekly offers include 8 positions that change each week on Tuesday at 1 PM UTC / 9 AM EDT / 6 AM PDT. The positions usually include various cosmetics, materials, weapon mods, and Raider Tokens. You’ll mostly be donating ARC Parts, so there’s finally a real goal to doing it after you’ve upgraded everything you could. In this section, I will also number the buying priority of each of the items available from 1 to 3, where 1 is essential, and 3 is something you can live without. Here’s this week’s Nomadic Envoys stock:
|
Item |
Type |
Price and Mats |
Buy Priority |
Notes |
|
Cavalier Outfit (1/1) |
Raider Outfit |
200,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts, varying between Common and Rare |
2 |
Priority really depends on your sense of style. If you are into it, then by all means |
|
Space Wrench (1/1) |
Raider Tool |
5x Fossilized Lightning; 5x Ripped Safety Vest; 5x Rusted Tools |
2 |
Fossilized Lightning drops only during the EM Storm map condition, and Ripped Safety Vest and Rusted Tools drop in any Industrial zones |
|
Bucket (1/1) |
Backpack Attachment |
100,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts, from Common to Rare |
2 |
Just like before, take it if you want it |
|
Vita Shot Blueprint (1/1) |
Blueprint |
250,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts from Common to Rare + any weapons |
1 |
Very potent healing item, which is somewhat easier to make than the green bandages, strangely. Get it ASAP |
|
Power Rod (3/3) |
Refined Material |
1x Rubber Duck; 1x Doodly Duck; 1x Flashy Duck |
2 |
A decent purchase, but it doesn’t give you any outright benefit. You can use it to craft a Heavy Shield, Snap Hook, or a Powered Descender, plus you can use it to open a door in the Power Generation Complex |
|
Kinetic Converter (1/1) |
Weapon Mod |
100,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts, from Common to Rare + any weapons |
1 |
Listen, if you put this on your gun, then it’s pretty much a free gunfight every time. No weapon that can use stocks becomes worse with it |
|
Tempest III (3/3) |
Weapon |
50,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts, from Common to Rare + any weapons |
1 |
The fact that you can get 3 of them for such a low price is insanity. One of the best weapons in the game, grab it |
|
Raider Tokens x25 (1/1) |
Currency |
150,000 Coins’ worth of ARC Parts, from Epic to Legendary |
3 |
Unless you have an overflow of ARC Parts, don’t bother. |
This week’s offers are decently cheap. At least the outfit doesn’t cost 500,000 coins in Epic and Legendary ARC parts, and that’s already good. I recommend getting the Vita Shot blueprint, Kinetic Converter, and Tempest first, then you decide for yourself what you need.
ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys Tips & Tricks
Treating the Nomadic Envoys as a quick weekly shopping spree will get you nowhere, plus you’ll run out of resources for that faster than you think. The biggest and most important tip I can give you is to avoid buying the first expensive thing that you see. Do you really need that fancy skin when you don’t have any good guns to contest people or ARCs? Before spending coins or rare trading materials, check if they are what your Raider needs now. Here are a few more short tips for Nomadic Envoys:
- Check Ermal before Selling ARC Parts: Ermal arrived less than a month ago, and I already made this mistake. Money ain’t an issue after around 50 hours into the new season. Preserve the mats before the weekly reset comes.
- Prioritize Blueprints: Even though their drop rates have increased, the Blueprints are still rare, so get them over other items, even if the items are good.
- Save Mats for Stash and Expedition Upgrades: You need to upgrade the Stash at least once, then you upgrade the Expedition Vault at least twice. Only then do I recommend spending your resources on Ermal’s wares.
- Don’t Upgrade Stash before Expedition: Obviously, you won’t need that extra space upgrade if you’re doing the Expedition, as it will be removed as soon as you send your Raider on it.
- Keep Weird Barter Stuff: Ermal occasionally trades for some pretty random stuff. He can ask you to bring rubber duckies or Fossilized Lightning. If you have some stuff that doesn’t drop too frequently, hold onto it just in case.
- Never Buy Cosmetics First: Pretty obvious. Doing this will leave you behind. However, if you are a good shot, maybe you can loot Ermal’s wares from other players. I wouldn’t recommend relying on that, though.
- Check Every Reset: Once the new list of weekly offers drops, be sure to always check it. You don’t wanna ignore looting a crate and then finding out there was an item you needed that you didn’t take.
- Do Not Go All-In: If you had a chain of bad luck or if you’re just new, don’t focus on getting Ermal’s goods first thing. Ermal is for people who are in the mid-game, at least. Buying things from him when you don’t have much will leave you broke forever.
Nomadic Envoys works best when you have a long-term mindset about it. Don’t buy everything off the shelf. Unlike in life, you can’t outmoney everything. Though Ermal’s services are in the Traders tab, don’t treat him like another shop vendor, and you’ll always enjoy his goods and services without breaking the bank.
