How to Redeem Pokemon TCG Pocket Codes

Not only does the Pokemon TCG Pocket not drop the codes frequently, but it also has a separate website where you need to redeem them. You can’t do it in-game. There’s a full FAQ which explains how to redeem the codes in detail, and here I provide a simple, brief version of it. For future reference, when the new codes are released, or you own a unique code from some limited event, here’s how to redeem a Pokemon TCG Pocket code:

1. Open Pokemon TCG Pocket
2. Open Menu inside the game
3. Find and copy your Support ID at the bottom of the menu page
4. Go to the official Pokemon TCG Pocket gift code website
5. Enter your Support ID
6. Enter the gift code
7. Submit the code and check your in-game gift box

Make sure you copy the code exactly. Pokemon TCG Pocket gift codes do not use some letters, including O, I, Z, A, E, or U, as stated on a code redemption page. If you see a code with one of those letters, double-check it, because you may be looking at a fake code or reading the character wrong.

Why Pokemon TCG Pocket Codes May Not Work

If you wonder why your code isn’t working, apart from the fact that there are only expired codes available now, there are a few common reasons why your code may fail:
