You’ll use Phase Diving to unlock shortcuts, access unique content, and enhance your Reshii Wraps cloak. It also replaces the need for flying mounts by giving you fast travel options through a network of Phase Conduits.

How to Unlock Phase Diving

Unlocking Phase Diving is possible early in Patch 11.2 since it’s one of the main features every player should have quick access to. You will gain access to it during the main story campaign in K’aresh. This process will also unlock your Reshii Wraps cloak, which is required for Phase Diving. Once you finish a few introduction quests, you’ll be able to phase dive anytime you want and explore the hidden layers of K’aresh. Here’s how to unlock Phase Diving step by step:

1. Start the K’aresh main story campaign after Patch 11.2 begins.
2. Complete Chapters 1 to 3 of the campaign.
3. Obtain the Reshii Wraps cloak by completing The Tabiqa quest.
4. Pick up the quest Another World from Shad’anis at Overlook Zo’Shuul.
5. Finish the introduction quests given by Hashim and Shad’anis.
6. Complete quests The Untethered Void, What Doesn’t See You, and The Untethered Horror.
7. After finishing these quests, Phase Diving will be fully unlocked.

Phase Conduits Explained

Phase Conduits are special platforms scattered across K’aresh that let you enter Phase Diving. These Conduits are your main way of shifting into Untethered Space, where you can explore hidden areas, find secret rewards, and teleport across the zone. Once you’ve discovered a Conduit, it becomes a fast travel point. You can instantly teleport between any Conduits you have already visited, making travel across K’aresh much faster. To teleport between Conduits, you need to reach each one at least once. After that, you can use any Conduit as a portal to another, making them essential for quick travel. This system becomes even more important because you won’t be able to fly while Phase Diving at first. These Conduits will help you skip long runs and reach every corner of the zone fast.

Later, when you unlock the Orbs of Power talent on your Reshii Wraps, you will be able to use ground mounts while Phase Diving, but teleporting with Conduits will still be the fastest way to get around.

Phase Diving Weekly Quest

Once you unlock Phase Diving, you’ll get access to a weekly quest called More Than Just a Phase. This quest is offered by Shad’anis at Overlook Zo’Shuul and Constable Zo’ardaz in Tazavesh. It is a simple activity that rewards you with Untethered Coins. They’re needed to buy mounts, transmogs, toys, and more from the Phase Diving vendor.

The quest requires you to do activities while Phase Diving. You can complete it by:

• Killing mobs
• Looting Phase Diving treasures
• Completing World Quests while phased

You’ll earn 7 Untethered Coins per week, and this limit is shared across your Warband. This means you can only get 7 Coins per week, no matter how many characters you use. You can repeat the quest on alts, but it won’t give you extra coins.

Besides this weekly quest, Constable Zo’ardaz also offers Warrants, which are special bounty quests that involve Phase Diving. Warrants task you with hunting down powerful targets across K’aresh, and they’re one of the best ways to earn Ethereal Strands.

These Strands are the currency used to upgrade your Reshii Wraps cloak. So, while the weekly quest gives cosmetic rewards, the Warrants help you power up your character. Both of these weekly activities are easy to complete and will be key to progressing your character and collecting rewards throughout Season 3.

Phase Diving Currency

Phase Diving uses a special currency called Untethered Coins. You will earn these coins by completing the weekly quest More Than Just a Phase, which gives you 7 Untethered Coins per week. These coins are Warband-limited, so even if you complete the quest on multiple characters, you will not get extra coins. Seven is the maximum per week across your entire account.

You will spend Untethered Coins at Shad’anis, the Phase Diving vendor in Overlook Zo’Shuul. He sells a variety of rewards, including mounts, pets, transmogs, toys, and useful resource boxes. Because you’re limited to seven Coins per week, it will take a few weeks to collect everything. The good news is that most of these rewards are easy to get. You will earn them passively as you play through the content and do your weekly quest.

Besides Untethered Coins, Phase Diving also connects to Ethereal Strands, which are used to upgrade the Reshii Wraps cloak. Phase Diving Rewards

Phase Diving comes with a wide selection of rewards that you can collect over time. Most of these rewards are purchased with Untethered Coins, which you earn by completing the weekly quest More Than Just a Phase. Untethered Xy’bucha Buff

While exploring K’aresh in Phase Diving, you can find a rare consumable called Untethered Xy’bucha. This special drink grants you a powerful buff that makes Phase Diving much more flexible and fun.

The buff allows you to enter Phase Diving without needing a Conduit, so you can shift into energy form from anywhere in the zone. It also gives you a huge movement speed boost, making it easier to cover ground quickly. Here’s what the Untethered Xy’bucha does:

• Instantly enters Phase Diving without using a Phase Conduit
• Grants a large movement speed bonus for 15 minutes
