The best roads for Speed Skills in FH6 are long, open highway sections with as few sharp turns as possible. Try the highway stretch between Shimanoyama and Nangan. That should be more than enough to hit the first milestone of 100 m/h. And if you’re already driving a faster car, you can easily hit Great, Awesome, and even Ultimate tiers.
