Best XP Maps in Fortnite

So, what’s the criteria for our list? First and foremost, how useful these maps are. The efficiency of delivering steady XP gain is a top criterion. Second, how popular these maps are. Third, how much you actually have to play to earn XP. The less the better. Unfortunately, grind and fun rarely go hand in hand. One important point is that many maps have a daily XP cap. You won’t be able to grind them non-stop. That’s why having a roster of maps is so important. With that out of the way, take a look at our best XP maps in Fortnite.

Squid Game Tycoon - Code: 5655-2869-7519

Considered by many to be the best map for AFK farming, the gameplay here is mostly automated. It’s on the list of easy XP Fortnite maps. You spawn in on the map and claim the tycoon slot. After that, you use a money generator by hitting it with a pickaxe or a weapon. It’s basically a clicker. Once you acquire some cash, buy a pistol or an SMG. The Harbinger is the best for this role. After that, just shoot the clicker box. You earn money and XP by doing this. You can develop your base by upgrading it. The more upgrades you have, the better the rewards. With certain exploits like chat lock, this game becomes really good for AFK farming. All you need is to occasionally upgrade your base, and that’s it. 

Pros:

• AFK-Friendly: No need to constantly actively participate in the game to earn XP.
• Very High XP Potential: With the right loop, you gain XP extremely fast.
• Low-Effort: Very good for long-farm sessions

Cons:

Hacker Tycoon - Code: 4397-8620-1913

Another one from the list of Fortnite AFK XP maps, popular for its simplicity. Much like in Squid Game Tycoon, you occupy a spot, place a clicker block, and start hitting it. Unlike Squid Game, you need to be more involved in the game. Your first couple of runs will be more engaging, with you unlocking hacks, upgrading systems, buying assets and etc. After you’re done with the initial setup, though, it’s basically the same clicker. Because Hacker Tycoon requires more engagement, Squid Game Tycoon is considered better for AFK farming. If you don’t like the brain-dead XP generator and want something more active, Hacker Tycoon is better. Ultimately, it's a potato-potahto situation. Both maps are extremely similar in usage but differ in visuals.

Pros:

• Progression Exists: Unlike Squid Game Tycoon, here the progression feels better and more significant.
• Early Gameplay: In order to start racking up XP, you actually need to play.
• Decent XP and Satisfaction: Once you set everything up, you can enjoy your own XP farm that does farming for you.

Cons:

• Slower Progression: Compared to other popular tycoon-style maps, progression here might feel much slower. For some people, it’s a pro, for some, it’s a con.

This map is significantly different from the tycoons. Surprisingly, it can be even more AFK than tycoons. You spawn in on the desert open-world map and drive around. There is no combat, no specific mechanics. You just get into the game and drive. Because of this simplicity, it’s very laid-back. You get XP for just driving a car around. Gaining experience here is extremely easy: all you have to do is press one button. If you can find a way to make your car drive on itself, you can even Alt+Tab out of the game. As always, we highly recommend playing it in a private lobby or solo. Compared to other maps, this map can feel the least interactive. It’s barely a game, honestly. Still, the XP you get from it is worth it. It doesn’t give as much as Tycoon maps, though.

Passive Gain: It’s really good for passive grinding or playing while doing something else.

Chill with people and just talk, while farming XP. What can be better? It’s low-effort, reliable XP income. No need to have intense fights, aiming, or upgrading. It might not give the biggest XP, but it’s great to talk with your friends in voice chat.

Pros:

• Idle-Friendly Method: You don’t need to do much to earn XP here.
• Good for Casual Play: It’s one of the best maps to farm XP while doing something else. Chilling with your friends here is the ultimate way to play.

Cons:

• Can Give Less XP: Compared to Tycoons and PvP maps, the experience is less rewarding.
• Not Much Gameplay: There’s really no gameplay here. You can collect coins, but that’s about it.

This map is created for fast, tight battles. Four players are placed in two teams. They fight in a small arena. There is no building involved here. The fights focus on good aiming and shooting. All the weapons are unlocked from the start. Every round offers full weapon loadouts, so you don’t have to grind or unlock gear to play here. Matches here are designed to be quick, so that you can jump into the queue instantly. It’s closer to a typical map that doesn’t rely on any XP glitches. This map works under the official XP system of Fortnite. Despite this, players say that they earn huge XP rewards. It’s one of the top XP maps in Fortnite. You can get approximately 450,000 XP after 50 rounds (which fly by really fast). It’s one of the most efficient maps to earn experience, if you don’t mind the shooting. A perfect chance to practice your shooting skills while simultaneously gaining tons of experience.

Very Fast XP Gain: Matches here fly by very quickly. Gaining experience isn’t a problem here.

Shooting Practice: Great opportunity to combine skill practice and experience.

One of the highest XP maps in Fortnite. This time, you’re all for yourself. It’s a free-for-all-style deathmatch map. One of the classic maps to farm XP. Despite not being AFK, it still provides tons of experience. You gain XP for kills, headshots, kills after respawn, etc. You also gain XP for general participation and time spent on the map. It’s similar to Call of Duty’s modes, rather than classic Fortnite. Just like with SPEED 2v2 Arena, you get access to all the weapons instantly. No need to unlock them. You also have unlimited respawns. It’s not only a great opportunity to farm XP, but also to practice your skills.
