A lot of tier lists these days are based on personal preference, and this is just too subjective and personal to be reliable.

So, in order to avoid being subjective, we’ve thoroughly tested out all of the Fortnite meta weapons and put them in different tiers based on several key factors from S to D. Everyone should be familiar with the classification of things when they are placed in these Tiers from best to worst, or from tier S to tier D respectively. That being said, just remember that any tier list, even the most relevant and objective, should not dictate what you should use in the game. If you’re more comfortable with using a weapon that we put in the D tier, don’t feel conflicted about using it to win your games and have fun.

• S-Tier

This is the tier for the best of the best weapons in the game that are both incredibly powerful and easy to use at the same time. If you want to know about the current Fortnite meta weapons, this is the tier you need to be looking at. Generally speaking, you’ll have a much easier time reaching Top-1 when using these weapons.

• A-Tier

This tier exists for weapons that have almost made it to the higher tier, but they have just one minor thing that prevented them from being absolute Fortnite meta guns in the same sense as the S-tier guns. This doesn’t make them worthless at all, in fact, A-tier guns are extremely reliable and versatile weapons that you can use in any combat scenario.

• B-Tier

Guns in this category are your basic go-to ones. They may not be as perfect as the S-tier ones and not as easy and powerful as the A-tier ones, but the weapons from B-Tier are still a decent choice for your day-to-day sessions.
