From 15 websites that I’ve tested, these came out as the best options despite some of the shortcomings. The first place is after Skycoach, which I dub the safest website to buy Genshin Impact accounts. Out of all the websites, they had the chillest, fastest purchasing experience with instant delivery. I didn’t face any annoyances during the purchasing process, plus their customer support accompanied me during all stages. Second place is after Eldorado. This website is pretty good if you are willing to pay more, but they have a decently wide choice of options, plus their filters are quite good and helped me find what I was looking for fast. Unfortunately, their delivery took long even though it was marked as instant. Third place is Playhub, which I think is an underestimated little website. It’s pretty small, but their customer support and professionalism won me over. Their account choice is fairly small, but I got what I wanted for a very fair price, and they delivered it to me as fast as promised. Another long-standing website that’s known for its market variety. It takes the silver prize cause my experience using it was positive as well. One thing that brings it down in my eyes is the lack of partial refunds and a very long delivery, even though I paid extra for an instant one. But let’s start with the good sides of Eldorado:

I think if Eldorado fixes its delivery time, it might get a higher score, but that’s the placement for now.

This is a hidden gem, I tell ya. This website had customer service better than some giants of the account-selling business. It also looks really sleek and has some nice filtering options. Finding what I wanted was a breeze. Perhaps the cause for that is the main downside. But first, let’s mention why Playhub is good:

Now, about the downsides, there was just one, but very significant in my book. The number of accounts for sale is quite low, compared to other websites. If I had to describe the experience I’ve had with BoostRoyal, I’d describe it as just average. The delivery was fast, I appreciated the Escrow style payment with them standing out as a middle ground between buyer and seller, but there are a few issues that I can’t look past. The best things about BoostRoyal are:

• Two separate support services for refunds and general user support

And here are the cons of Gamemarket:

• No info on refund policy

The presence of separate supporting services is good, but how are they still responding so slowly? My main concern is the refund policy, as no matter how I searched, I couldn’t find the rules. It says on their website that there are full and partial refunds, but the conditions I have to meet to satisfy them are absent. Anyways, after jumping to Trustpilot to look up the reviews, I’ve found this review by Kanna 愛: “The service was a bit slow, I bought an account for 12$ And I waited 5 days to get that account. Overall a bit overprice and slow service, but if you have no other options, it's the way.” Well, my delivery wasn’t as long, but it still took longer than expected.

ZeusX - 8.0/10

I gotta say, first and foremost, the awful UI of the website places it as number 5. Which is such a shame cause what they have to offer is good. There’s a wide variety of accounts, and they’re cheaply priced. They also support escrow-style payments, but their support took an awfully long time to respond (more than an hour!), their refund policy forbids refunds if the account has been delivered, but most importantly, their website design just hinders the purchasing experience.

The annoying submenus pop up as soon as you hover over with your mouse, and they’re sticky so that you won’t get rid of them until you click somewhere else. Their filtering is fine, but there’s a separate setting for the gender of the seller? Why? Maybe I’m missing something, and it’s a cultural thing, and if it is, then I apologize, but I’m just surprised that this is a thing. You can also pay with a credit card only. Even PayPal is off limits. Still, I was satisfied with getting an account for quite a low price with the character I wanted, so if you’re willing to tolerate jankiness for low prices, try it.

How I Ranked Websites Selling Genshin Impact Accounts

I understand that ranking is something that cannot be completely objective, but I tried making it as objective as possible. The idea was to check how fast the websites deliver their goods, how easy it is to use the website, and, of course, how helpful the support team is.

But of course, basing such a review purely on my own thoughts and experiences would be dishonest to the websites, so I also used Trustpilot’s reviews of each of the websites that I’ve tested. Truth be told, most websites have pretty good reviews. My own experience wasn’t as good or as bad as the reviews described, so I tried looking for reviews that highlight the good sides, while acknowledging the problems the website has. Below is the list of criteria I had when ranking the websites:
