5 Best Websites to Buy Genshin Impact Accounts Quick Summary:
- Skycoach is ranked #1 thanks to the smoothest buying experience, fast delivery, strong customer support, and solid refund options, even though prices are a bit above average.
- Eldorado comes in second because it offers good filters, safety, and support, but loses points for higher prices, extra fees, and slower-than-promised delivery.
- Playhub is a strong, underrated option with very good support, fair prices, and fast delivery, but its smaller account selection holds it back.
- BoostRoyal and ZeusX make the list mainly because of lower prices and marketplace-style protection, but both have weaker support, refund concerns, a clunky user experience, or long delivery times.
- The rankings are based on delivery speed, pricing, support quality, refund transparency, site usability, market trust, and Trustpilot reviews, with Skycoach coming out as the overall winner.
Did you know that if you want to get a single 5* character as an F2P player, you need to play for around 1,5-2 months? A patch comes out every 42 days, and a soft pity cap is ~75 pulls? The hard pity is 90 pulls for any 5*, so it means that it might take even longer to get the desired character. If you’re pulling from a themed banner, then the guaranteed pity is 180 Wishes, which is just insane. I mean, I like Genshin, but I’m not willing to play for 1,5 month daily with no impact. That’s why I’ve decided to write an article and list the best places to get Genshin Impact accounts.
Now that you know how crazy the odds of 5* pull are, you probably consider buying currency to speed it up. Well, that’s where the fun starts. You need to spend around 400 dollars to get a guaranteed needed character pull. Of course, if you’re lucky, you might get more characters than that, but I’m not the one to rely on something as ethereal as luck. Today, I’m gonna drop the wisdom and share the best Genshin Impact accounts websites that I use.

From 15 websites that I’ve tested, these came out as the best options despite some of the shortcomings. The first place is after Skycoach, which I dub the safest website to buy Genshin Impact accounts. Out of all the websites, they had the chillest, fastest purchasing experience with instant delivery. I didn’t face any annoyances during the purchasing process, plus their customer support accompanied me during all stages. Second place is after Eldorado. This website is pretty good if you are willing to pay more, but they have a decently wide choice of options, plus their filters are quite good and helped me find what I was looking for fast. Unfortunately, their delivery took long even though it was marked as instant. Third place is Playhub, which I think is an underestimated little website. It’s pretty small, but their customer support and professionalism won me over. Their account choice is fairly small, but I got what I wanted for a very fair price, and they delivered it to me as fast as promised. Gamemarket, in my opinion, had the best filtering options, which were brought down by a small number of actual endgame accounts and a fairly strange refund policy. The Zeusx is a very divisive one, since it had a very large number of accounts for sale, good customer protection, but had a very long support response time, absolutely no refunds, and crazy bad filtering that also had the choice of the seller’s gender? Maybe I’m missing some context, but that was weird. More on that later.
Skycoach - 9.8/10

I used Skycoach before, back in the days of me playing WoW, but they were way different then. Now it’s like it’s a whole new website. As previously described, Skycoach offered the best purchasing experience with fast delivery time and super helpful customer support. Their prices were fair, though just a bit higher than average. I’m still comfortable calling it the top website to purchase Genshin Impact accounts. Here are all the pros of Skycoach:
- Safe experience
- Amazing customer support that’s available 24/7
- Instant delivery
- Clean UI that’s easy to navigate
- A wide choice of accounts
There are some downsides too:
- Support is available only in the English language
- Accounts have 10-12% higher prices than competitors
To see if my experience was as great as others', I used Trustpilot to gather other users' reviews. I was surprised to find out that Skycoach, despite being a website that has existed for a very long time, has really good reviews. As it comes to the reviews, jeff elkins says: “Quick delivery and great communication. Thank you for smooth transaction!” I agree with Jeff wholeheartedly. The rest of the reviews were extremely positive, which means I made the right choice.

Eldorado - 9.4/10

Another long-standing website that’s known for its market variety. It takes the silver prize cause my experience using it was positive as well. One thing that brings it down in my eyes is the lack of partial refunds and a very long delivery, even though I paid extra for an instant one. But let’s start with the good sides of Eldorado:
- Convenient filtering options
- Good support
- Good safety
As for the downsides:
- Long delivery time
- High prices
- Extra fees for purchases
Thinking that this long delivery time might be just a random occasion, I went to read the reviews on Trustpilot, and I was surprised to see that the majority of users praise Eldorado for the same things I praised them for, but the delivery time is the reason they lower their score. Jamere Mitchell says: “Long wait for the delivery but got an apology and had nice service”. I think if Eldorado fixes its delivery time, it might get a higher score, but that’s the placement for now.

Playhub - 8.5/10

This is a hidden gem, I tell ya. This website had customer service better than some giants of the account-selling business. It also looks really sleek and has some nice filtering options. Finding what I wanted was a breeze. Perhaps the cause for that is the main downside. But first, let’s mention why Playhub is good:
- Outstanding support
- Very friendly refund policy
- Fast delivery time
Now, about the downsides, there was just one, but very significant in my book. The number of accounts for sale is quite low, compared to other websites. No matter how fast the delivery is, if there’s nothing to deliver, then it’s not important. Here’s what sean amers says: “fantastic service. Fast and efficient. Will defo use again.” I agree with Sean, but I gotta say they need to increase the number of accounts in stock. Other than that, it’s a good website to buy Genshin Impact accounts.

BoostRoyal - 8.3/10

If I had to describe the experience I’ve had with BoostRoyal, I’d describe it as just average. The delivery was fast, I appreciated the Escrow style payment with them standing out as a middle ground between buyer and seller, but there are a few issues that I can’t look past. The best things about BoostRoyal are:
- Fairly cheap accounts
- Escrow protection
- Two separate support services for refunds and general user support
And here are the cons of Gamemarket:
- Slow response time from support
- Very slow delivery
- No info on refund policy
The presence of separate supporting services is good, but how are they still responding so slowly? My main concern is the refund policy, as no matter how I searched, I couldn’t find the rules. It says on their website that there are full and partial refunds, but the conditions I have to meet to satisfy them are absent. Anyways, after jumping to Trustpilot to look up the reviews, I’ve found this review by Kanna 愛: “The service was a bit slow, I bought an account for 12$ And I waited 5 days to get that account. Overall a bit overprice and slow service, but if you have no other options, it's the way.” Well, my delivery wasn’t as long, but it still took longer than expected.

ZeusX - 8.0/10

I gotta say, first and foremost, the awful UI of the website places it as number 5. Which is such a shame cause what they have to offer is good. There’s a wide variety of accounts, and they’re cheaply priced. They also support escrow-style payments, but their support took an awfully long time to respond (more than an hour!), their refund policy forbids refunds if the account has been delivered, but most importantly, their website design just hinders the purchasing experience.
The annoying submenus pop up as soon as you hover over with your mouse, and they’re sticky so that you won’t get rid of them until you click somewhere else. Their filtering is fine, but there’s a separate setting for the gender of the seller? Why? Maybe I’m missing something, and it’s a cultural thing, and if it is, then I apologize, but I’m just surprised that this is a thing. You can also pay with a credit card only. Even PayPal is off limits. Still, I was satisfied with getting an account for quite a low price with the character I wanted, so if you’re willing to tolerate jankiness for low prices, try it.

How I Ranked Websites Selling Genshin Impact Accounts
I understand that ranking is something that cannot be completely objective, but I tried making it as objective as possible. The idea was to check how fast the websites deliver their goods, how easy it is to use the website, and, of course, how helpful the support team is.
But of course, basing such a review purely on my own thoughts and experiences would be dishonest to the websites, so I also used Trustpilot’s reviews of each of the websites that I’ve tested. Truth be told, most websites have pretty good reviews. My own experience wasn’t as good or as bad as the reviews described, so I tried looking for reviews that highlight the good sides, while acknowledging the problems the website has. Below is the list of criteria I had when ranking the websites:
- Longevity on the market and trust
- Account delivery speed
- Prices for accounts
- Support response time and their overall helpfulness
- Refund policy and its transparency
- Website design and the convenience of using it
- Trustpilot reviews
I would say that the most important criteria I paid attention to were the prices, speed of delivery, and support responsiveness. In all of these sections, Skycoach is the winner. Next comes Eldorado, and if Playhub didn’t have such a low number of accounts available for purchase, I’d consider putting it higher. Overall, I rank Skycoach as the number 1 service to buy Genshin Impact accounts. Everything about it was so good that I kinda struggle to say anything but praise for it.
F.A.Q
Why buy Genshin Impact accounts?
Genshin Impact is famous for not being very F2P-friendly. The odds of getting a high rarity character are low, and it’s very hard to get them, so if you’re buying an account, you’re effectively spending less money than you would on gacha, cause you can get the needed character directly.
How safe is it to buy Genshin Impact accounts?
It depends on the website. If the website doesn’t have escrow-style payment, I suggest being more attentive to the sellers you’re getting your account from.
What website is the best to buy Genshin Impact accounts?
In my personal top, Skycoach takes the first place. Their delivery was fast, their support was helpful, and they’re protective of their customers.
How long does delivery take after purchasing Genshin Impact accounts?
It varies. Some users report that it took more than a couple of days to get their accounts. Check the seller reviews to see if they deliver fast.
How is the best website for buying Genshin Impact accounts defined?
Here’s what criteria I defined them on: prices, delivery speed, customer service, and support.
