Even if you are an experienced player with the best gear from mythic dungeons and even from the current raid tier, running and completing higher Shadowlands Season 1 Mythic+ 15 Dungeons will still pose a tough challenge.
However, the rewards you will get for successfully completing these runs are extremely valuable: including the best 210-226 item level dungeon gear with top stats from both Challenger's Cache and The Great Vault. These can also be socketed, thus powering up your character even further.
You will get the Shadowlands Season one Feat of Strength achievement Shadowlands Keystone Master: Season One, which will reward you the unique Sintouched Deathwalker flying mount as well as the Proud title upon completing all 8 Shadowlands Mythic +15 Dungeons within the time limit.
You will also get a chance to obtain Conduits for your Covenant Soulbinds customization, Memory of the Runecarver recipes used to unlock Legendary Powers in the Runecarver's Chamber, tons of Anima for your Covenant Reservoir, and a chance to get some cool mounts: Gnawed Reins of the Battle-Bound Warhound and Marrowfang's Reins. There are no special requirements to purchase the Keystone Master Boost carry aside from having a level 60 character. The Shadowlands Keystone Master boost is available for purchase with both account sharing or selfplay.
