Mawsworn Charger's Reins is a new mount that you can get from Torghast in Patch 9.1.

Mawsworn Charger's Reins is obtained by earning the Flawless Master achievement that requires you to achieve a Flawless run on Layer 12 in each wing of Torghast, Tower of the Damned in Chains of Domination. Torghast comes with new layers and a new system that measures various variables during your run to give you a rating at the end of it, and Flawless is the highest rating you can get, so getting this mount will be challenging.
