3. 7/8 Chapters of Secrets of the First Ones Campaign completed;
4. Reaching Revered with The Enlightened Brokers;
5. Cyphers of the First Ones obtained during the boost;

Currently the most important time-gated requirement for the Double-Legendary Access is the Chapter 7 of Secrets of the First Ones Campaign.
When exactly does the Chapter 7 Unlock? Week 5 of the Patch, or Mythic Week 3.

• A 60 level Character;
• Zereth Mortis & Enlightened faction unlocked
• Sharing your account's login data

Now, with the release of patch 9.2 brave heroes of Shadowlands can wear two Legendary items simultaneously. No need to tell you how big of a power-up it is. With not one but two powerful Legendary bonuses it will be much easier to defeat the most dangerous opponents! As you might guess, unlocking of the Double Legendary Access will require a lot of time and effort from you.
Here is a quick summary on what should be done on your character in order to wear the second Legendary item:

• 7/8 Chapters of the Secrets of the First Ones campaign, which will become available in the course of 5 weeks:
  
  Week 1 (Cypher of First Ones unlocked): Chapters 1-3;
  Week 2 (Heroic Raid Unlocks): Chapter 4;
  Week 3 (Mythic Raid Unlocks): Chapter 5;
  Week 4 (Week 2 Mythic): Chapter 6;
  Week 5 (Week 3 Mythic): Chapter 7;
• Revered with The Enlightened (daily & weekly quests in Zereth Mortis);
• Purchase the Memory of Unity and hand it over to the Runecarver.
