New Brawlers

Brawl Stars adds new brawlers to its roster. So far, we've got confirmed information about 2 new brawlers which we will add into our tier list when they become available in the game:

  1. Berry - epic "Artillery" class brawler that can throw projectiles and use a spinning melee attack. Super strong in the current meta.
  2. Clancy - mythic "Damage Dealer" class brawler who can be upgraded up to 3 times during battle.

How Our Brawl Stars Tier List Works

We’re ranking the brawlers using a comprehensive list of criteria trying to decide which characters. Here’s how we determine the best brawlers in Brawl Stars:

  • Damage Output: we’ll judge brawlers by how much damage they can dish out, as, let’s be honest, this is one of the most important stats in character.
  • Versatility and Adaptability: how effective a brawler is in different game modes and situations.
  • Survivability and Defense: how much damage can a brawler take, and what survivability skills do they have?
  • Utility and Crowd Control: if a brawler has any sort of crowd control abilities or something along those lines.
  • Map Control and Zoning: this one is about area denial, AoE attacks, and map control.
  • Damage Potential and Consistency: we are ranking brawlers by their ability to deal damage over time. We’re looking into whether or not the damage they deal decreases over time, the longer you attack.
  • Synergy and Team Contribution: we’re also evaluating whether or not a brawler can fit into any team, and how it is to use them along with other characters.

Based on these criteria we created tiers to find out who is the best brawler in Brawl Stars. Here they are:

S Tier - Exceptional

Brawlers in the S Tier demonstrate exceptional performance across all evaluated criteria, making them the best brawlers in Brawl Stars 2024. They excel in damage output, versatility, survivability, utility, map control, damage potential, consistency, and synergy. These brawlers are highly effective in a wide range of game modes, possess strong defensive capabilities, and contribute significantly to team compositions. They dominate matches with their superior abilities and strategic value, making them indispensable assets to any team. BLOG20

A Tier - Excellent

Brawlers in the A Tier exhibit excellent performance in most evaluated criteria. While they may not excel in every aspect like S Tier brawlers, they still offer strong damage output, versatility, survivability, utility, map control, damage potential, consistency, and synergy. These brawlers are highly effective in multiple game modes and contribute positively to team compositions, albeit with slightly fewer standout qualities compared to S Tier brawlers.

B Tier - Solid

Brawlers in the B Tier possess solid performance across many evaluated criteria. They offer respectable damage output, versatility, survivability, utility, map control, damage potential, consistency, and synergy. While they may not stand out as much as S or A Tier brawlers, they still provide valuable contributions to team compositions and can perform well in various game modes.

C Tier - Average

Brawlers in the C Tier demonstrate average performance across evaluated criteria. They offer moderate damage output, versatility, survivability, utility, map control, damage potential, consistency, and synergy. While they may have some strengths, they also have notable weaknesses that limit their effectiveness in certain situations or game modes.

Conclusion

There is an unbelievably long list of characters in Brawl Stars, and everyone deserves a spotlight. This makes it really difficult for the devs to keep every character in the roster balanced. Naturally there’ll be some outcasts that don’t fit the meta.

Moreover, as the game evolves with updates and new features, the meta is constantly shifting, further complicating the balancing act for the developers. What may be a top-tier brawler today could find itself relegated to a lower tier tomorrow due to changes in game mechanics, map rotations, or the introduction of new brawlers. With that in mind, we’ll make sure to update this tier list as more brawlers get released.
