The Salvation's grip is an exotic grenade launcher that can be equipped in the power weapon slot. It can only be obtained by completing a special quest on Europa.
The main exotic perk of the salvation's grip is the "cryocannon" which causes the weapon to deal stasis damage.
The secondary perk allows the weapon to increase its radius and the number of stasis crystals created. You can use it to freeze groups of enemies, a single target, or just create ice barricades to defend yourself. You can combine this weapon with the stasis abilities of your teammates to perform fantastic combos.
