Welcome, Guardians! Into the Light is out, and with it, we got two old, but updated exotic missions. In this guide, we’ll explain how to get Karve of the Worm exotic ship by completing a particularly interesting challenge during the Whisper exotic mission.
Karve of the Worm is a brand-new jumpship introduced in Season 23. This ship has a unique design likely inspired by the Vex technology, a prominent enemy race in the game. Acquiring the Karve of the Worm involves completing a specific Triumph called Oracular Seeker. You do that by finding seven Oracles hidden throughout the mission, The Whisper, and shooting them down. This guide will help you locate these Oracles with ease.
There is an alternative way of obtaining this jumpship. You could simply buy Karve of the Worm Exotic Ship boost service at SkyCoach. Instead of trying to find these Oracles on your own, which will likely take several attempts, you can entrust this task to SkyCoach’s own team of professional Destiny 2 players who will complete the Triumph in your stead. That way, you’ll save yourself the time and trouble and get the ship. The entire process, from placing an order to receiving the ship, is completely safe and transparent. So, place your order today and become one of the first owners of Karve of the Worm.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Apart from learning about how to get Karve of the Worm, you can also Buy Destiny 2 Boost from SkyCoach. Locating all Oracles in Destiny 2 The Whisper Mission
Let’s begin our all Oracle locations guide in Destiny 2 with some housekeeping. It has to be said that you can run this mission on any difficulty to find Oracles, which makes it a bit less stressful. If you’re playing in a fireteam, shooting down an Oracle by one player will count as progress for the rest of the fireteam. In other words, it doesn't matter which player finds them, everyone will see the pop up saying they shot it down.
Another thing you must be aware of is that the locations of Oracles become revealed with time. During the first week, we learned about the location of the first two Oracles. The rest will be revealed in the coming weeks. Therefore, this guide will be updated with specific locations for Oracles as soon as they appear in the game itself. In short:
- This can be done on any difficulty
- The progress counts only for the player that shoots the object
- Oracles get revealed weekly. Only the first two can be found in the first week
However, there’s a small bug, which is more of a hint in the game that allows us to predict the potential locations for the rest of the Oracles. If you shoot down the Oracle and then come back to it, your weapon reticle will turn red, even though there is no Oracle anymore. The same thing happens in other places, which leads us to believe that this is where the rest of them will be hidden. Please note that the locations of Oracles that are not in the game are not confirmed and could be changed. We’ll reveal the exact locations as soon as they are added to the game. With that out of the way, let’s reveal where to find all Oracles in Destiny 2 and how to get to them.
Location #1
The first Oracle can be found shortly after dropping down into the hole before the first major jumping puzzle. After you’ve destroyed the first Taken Blight orb that blocked the hole in the ground, jump into it and you’ll end up in the beginning of a jumping puzzle where the correct platforms are lit up by the red light. Keep going until you see a red platform facing a wall. Don’t jump on it; just turn left and jump over the barrier. Then, keep going, following the ledge that turns left. That’s where you’ll find it.

Location #2
The next Oracle is nearby. You have to keep progressing through the puzzle, one step at a time, until you find yourself on a little platform that moves up and down. Go up and then jump to the next platform. Keep going onward until you notice the corridor leading to the next part of the mission, but don’t go in there. Instead, keep moving until you reach the last platform attached to the wall and look up and behind. You’ll spot a small gap in the wall illuminated by some light. Double jump into that room and you’ll see some dead bodies and an Oracle to the right side.
Location #3
The potential spot for the third Oracle is in the same jumping puzzle. Keep progressing forward until you come across a sniper. Shoot that enemy down and jump to where it was stationed. Don’t move; look behind you, and you’ll notice a floating cube. Shoot it to reveal hidden two platforms - one will appear right in front of you and the other a double-jump away from you. Get to the second platform, and you should see the Oracle in the corner when standing on that second platform. You can check out this place yourself and see if your reticle also turns red. BLOG20
Location #4
The next potential spot for the fourth Oracle is located further ahead. Once you end up in a room with big orbs and some empty slots where the boss says, “You shall drift,” turn right and jump over some of those huge orbs to get to the very last empty slot. Go inside, and you’ll end up in a green room. It’s green because it’s a little overgrown. Jump down into the crack in the middle of that room, and you’ll face a few enemies. Keeping the same direction as before, keep going forward through a narrow corridor, then turn right and crouch through a small opening on the right. You’ll end up with the room where the 4th Oracle should be.
Location #5
Return to the green room with a crack in the middle. The wall on the right will have a bunch of tiny ledges with some grass growing on them. Make your way up using these ledges, essentially moving around the room. Eventually, you’ll end up on the last ledge with grass on it, and if you look left, you’ll remark a small ledge that’s located a bit lower than where you’re standing. Hover or double-jump down to that ledge, then crouch to enter a hidden room where you should discover the 5th Oracle.
Location #6
While in the room where you found the 5th Oracle, you must take a long jump down until you find yourself on a ledge that goes around a wall. You’ll hear the phrase “You shall drown in the Deep” if you’re in the right place. Keep following that ledge and jump down where it ends. You’ll end up in another hidden room with the Oracle inside.
Location #7
The final Oracle should be right behind the round portal. To get there, you must return to the start of the ledge where you hear the phrase and jump over to the opposite wall that has some platforms for you. Make your way to the portal and go through it when it's not active. You should unearth the final Oracle there because that’s where the reticle turns red.
Conclusion
Getting the new ship is pretty easy. All you have to do is find hidden objects called Oracles and shoot them down. The trick is that there are only two of them that can be shot down in the first week after the release of Into the Light. The rest are simply not in the game.
The good news is that we figured out a way to find the potential location for all Oracles, even though they’re not in the game yet. You can get the first two Oracles right now and then check out these other places so that when they add the rest of them in the coming weeks, you can easily find them and progress through your quest.
