The Dead Man’s Tale-Exotic Scout Rifle that you can obtain from the Presage Mission. It has a curated exotic perk but a random secondary (if you have never completed this mission then your first roll will be with a “transformative” secondary perk which doesn't do anything. If you wish to obtain this weapon with a better secondary perk then you will need to complete the Presage mission again). 

The main exotic perk that grants bonus damage and faster reloading for precision shots, makes this weapon very good for clearing adds, dealing damage to enemies with orange or yellow hp bars, and of course for PvP. This weapon has also got an exotic catalyst that increases hip firing rate making this weapon more powerful (you can obtain the catalyst only by completing the Presage on the master difficulty which unlocks after completing the Presage on normal difficulty).
