Void-Scarred Pack Mother is a guaranteed drop once you unlock her correctly. To summon this mount-dropping rare, you’ll need to gather two key items during your Horrific Vision run in Orgrimmar.

Start by activating at least one Faceless Mask. Without it, the items won’t show up. First, head to the Valley of Wisdom and search near the main tent behind the large elite enemy. There, you’ll find the Bag of Wolf Tack.

Next, move toward the Valley of Honor. Go inside the Auction House and pick up the Worn Wolf Saddle, located on the floor to the right of the auctioneer. Once you have both, head into the Leatherworking shop in the Drag. Inside, there’s a rug on the floor you can interact with. This spawns the rare Pack Mother, who drops the mount upon defeat. Clear the Valley of Wisdom first. Once the area is secured, a blocked path will open near the elevator platform. Ride the elevator up to the Skyway, a location usually unreachable without masks active.

Head to the Trade District, and look for a Claw Marked Bowl and two notes. One note will be near Inquisitor Darkspeak and tell you if the gryphon wants cooked or raw food. The other is upstairs behind him and reveals the exact dish it’s craving that run.
