To get it firstly you need to obtain Vex Mythoclast on your account (if you have not got it then you need to select “I have not obtained Vex Mythoclast on my account” difficulty) and after this activate all secret plates in Vault of Glass Raid and of course masterwork it (if you also need masterworking catalyst then you need to select “add catalyst masterwork” extra option). This Catalyst Upgrades Vex Mythoclast to a 2.0 Version and makes it more comfortable for using.
